Mall Store Damages

Water Damage

A Central Minnesota store in the mall was temporarily shut down due to experiencing water damage. The water damage was due to the adjacent store having a water issue. The water began to seep under the flooring in the main area as well as the dressing room area. 

Management contacted SERVPRO of Elk River, Becker and Big Lake prior to the store to being opened for the day. We were able to clean up the area and dry out the affected materials. 

Note that holes were drilled into the wall to reduce the amount of materials needed to be replaced. 

The store manager, as well as the corporate office, were extremely pleased in the quality of service as well as the amount of time that it took to make the repairs.
